01 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the tk339 website, associated applications, and digital services.
• "User" or "you" refers to any member registered on tk339.
• "We" or "tk339" refers to the entity operating this platform.
• "Account" refers to each user's individual registered profile.
• "Services" refers to online gaming, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment activities.
• "Bonus" refers to welcome bonuses, cashback, and other promotional benefits.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

In these Terms, singular words may also carry a plural meaning and plural words may also carry a singular meaning. Headings are for reading convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use tk339's services:

2.1 Age Requirement

This platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. No person under the age of 21 may use our services under any circumstances. We may request valid identification at any time to verify age. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.

2.3 Personal Use

Users must operate their account in their own name and for their own use. Conducting betting or gaming activities on behalf of others or for third parties is not permitted.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with incorrect or misleading information may result in account termination at any time.

3.2 Verification (KYC)

tk339 may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• National ID (NID) or passport
• Most recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account)

Withdrawals may be put on hold if verification documents are not submitted. Normal processing will resume once valid documents are provided.

3.3 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect your login details have been stolen or used without authorization, contact [email protected] immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

tk339 accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Every deposit transaction is verified and credited to the account after successful verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though delays may occur during the verification process.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Account verification must be completed.
• Deposited funds must have been wagered at least once.
• If a bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Failed or Returned Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction due to a technical error or any other reason, tk339 will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the case of a failed withdrawal, the relevant funds will be returned to the account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tk339 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the maximum ৳8,000 bonus applies, resulting in a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

A bonus may be cancelled or forfeited in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the bonus terms and conditions.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Failure to provide verification documents.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5.4 VIP Program

tk339's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% cashback). Tier advancement is determined based on regular gaming activity and participation. The specific cashback rates and conditions are subject to change.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Each bet is considered final once confirmed. Bets generally cannot be cancelled or changed after placement, though different rules may apply if an event is cancelled. tk339 reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns and to refuse suspicious transactions.

6.2 Sports Betting

Various markets are available for cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA events), and other sports. Market examples: match winner, total runs/goals, handicap, and more. All odds are subject to change and the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.

6.3 Live Casino & Slot Games

For participation in live casino and slot games, the game provider's own rules (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi) may also apply. If a game or round is left incomplete due to a technical error, tk339 may refund the equivalent amount of the relevant bet or offer the opportunity to restart from the next round.

6.4 Technical Failures

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, tk339 will endeavour to resolve the problem. However, tk339 is not responsible for third-party network issues.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk339 platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or dishonest conduct.
• Betting or gaming using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or insulting platform staff.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if required.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Our Rights

tk339 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide required verification documents.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 User's Right to Close Account
